Walk into the room before you fall for the marketing. Some buildings dedicate a mirrored studio with a sprung floor and a sound system; others have set aside a corner of the fitness room with a rack of mats and called it the same thing on the MLS® listing. Check the Strata Fee, the Hours and the Booking Rules
