Another great thing about apartments is that when you want to buy one, you will always talk directly to the owner of the house unit, while if you plan on buying an apartment you will most likely talk to the constructors or real estate agents. This way, you can ask the owner about the monthly taxes and fees and also if the utility bills are included in the monthly fees.

A condo is also great for families that have a kid or two, since you may find some detached condos that also have a kids playground area. Condos are also great for single adults or single families, since they give you the freedom of owning the house unit and being able to modify it the way you want. This is a great house unit for a young family without kids for sure.

For those that want a bigger condo with high-end materials, I found one listed at the price of $1.3 million. It features a total surface of 10006 square feet, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. If offers a spectacular view especially on the night time to the downtown core of Vancouver.
