Main street is a quiet area in Vancouver city, however, it suffered some major changes in the last few years due to the new construction developments of low-rise and mid-rise family buildings that were built. The main street has a lot of green space areas and parks, such as the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park and the desirable Riley Park. The homes here offer some of the best views of Downtown Vancouver and you have instant access to a lot of schools and facilities. Main street condos for sale are also quite affordable, and the Downtown Vancouver condos are the most targeted!
This is not the only reason people choose to live on Main street. This area is considered one of the cheapest places to live in East Vancouver. It is situated within walking distance from Nat Bailey Stadium, Vancouver’s Curling Club, Racquet Club, and Hillcrest Community Centre.

It is situated in the Mountain Pleasant area, centrally located in the heart of the Main street and it is steps away from Prince Edward water park, Queen Elizabeth, and Nat Bailey Stadium.
