The prices for detached homes have significantly lowered in the past years. The MLS HPI price in January 2016 was around $3.75 million and it had an all-time high in September 2016 of $4.785 million. The homes price in 2017 and 2018 was pretty constant, the whole time being between $4 and $4.3 million. Since February 2018 it crashed all the way down to $3.4 million in May 2019.
