There’s been a mega boom of population in this region. This British Columbia city was incorporated in 1879 and during those days Whaley operated a small gas joint on King George Blvd. The city has witnessed huge growth during the hundred years that followed. Immigration has drastically increased since the 1990s and a lot of people have come here to make a living including east Indians and other Asian areas. This is also home to Kwantlen college and Tech BC. There are many attractions and events in this area including the virtual museum of Canada in the Cloverdale rodeo during May long weekend. Every year more more festivals come to this area. There’s a lot of sports as well including home to BC Lions training center. The city is about to get a huge sky train line going into Langley which should increase the value and remain sustainable in terms of development, including surrey real estate.
