When I see the advantages I don’t understand why anyone would still opt to find a property on their own. In fact, when I buy properties in the USA, I always use the service of an agent because I know how much time it saves me.

In fact, it allows me to concentrate on the things I need to focus on instead of trying to save a few bucks doing everything on my own. This is especially true when we are talking about a large sum of money.

Often times agents ask me if I would pay them a little more for them to do extra services like property management and I gladly say yes. In business, its all about leverage and time freed up. A True measure of wealth is how much time you really have free for spending time with your most loved ones.

While I love working, I also love spending time with my family and having peace of mind. That you cannot purchase.

Equally as important is your time. You can never buy time back. Just a quick thought!
