MLS Listings in Bayridge West Vancouver
Although West Vancouver is popular for its real estate market being one of the most expensive ones, the Bayridge area is actually not that expensive. Being a luxurious neighborhood, its prices are not that spicy as they are in other areas such as Eagle Harbour or West Bay.
Consulting the MLS listings, right now there are only 3 houses for sale in Bayridge, two of them being under $2.6 million and a mansion of $6.7 million. If we check the MLS HPI price graph that covers only the detached dwellings, excluding apartments, condos, and townhouses, the Bayridge realty market doesn’t look too bad. In January 2018 the average price of a detached dwelling was about $2.6 million. Since then, the market crashed in May 2019 featuring an all-time low average price of $2.15 million. After that crash, the realty market skyrocketed until January 2021, featuring an all-time high average price of $2.6 million.
The real estate market will keep going up, especially for the Bayridge court area, where you can find some of the most expensive houses in Bayridge. It’s always good to keep an eye on the market since it continuously changes.
