The Main street is dotted with small parks and green spaces for outdoor activities. Riley Park is one of the main attractions which features a total surface of 2.7 hectares in the middle of the neighborhood. A single-family detached dwelling has a median price of around $1.895 million. A 1 story detached dwelling has an average price of $1.7 million, while a 2 story detached home has a median price of $2 million.

Townhouses are also pretty popular in this area and they can be found at around $1 million. The apartments are pretty decent most of them and their average price is around $900.000. Condos are the cheapest option in this area and these can be found at even $600.000. Since the street is constantly in development, a Main house for sale now can be considered a great investment for the future, as prices will undoubtedly rise.

MLS Main Street Area, East Vancouver

Looking at the HPI prices over the last 3 years, the prices have increased lately. The all-time low price of a single-family house was registered in December 2019 at the price of $1.489 million. In June 2021 it was registered the all-time high price for a single-family house of $1.9 million. Townhouses kept their price pretty steady, going up and down from $900.000 and back to $1 million, and in June 2021 townhouses experienced all-time high as well for the price of $1.1 million.

The average price for the apartments never went below $800.000 and it reached its peak price in April 2021 for the price of $930.000. The Main street has overall decent prices for housing. Many green space areas, parks, the Oakridge mall is also pretty close and it can give you beautiful views in the morning.
