The absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. If you don't want your medications screwed up repeatedly, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. $10 dispensing fee is way over priced for their incompetence. Staff was also quite rude and wouldn't admit their mistakes. Avoid at all costs!!
They charged the dispensing fee per item instead of per prescription. The policy in BC is: Dispensing Fee Policy. Pharmacies charge a dispensing fee for each prescription they dispense. PharmaCare sets a maximum amount that it will reimburse.
