Great place! Friendly staff at anytime of the day. Good selectiom of snacks and drinks. Minimal selection of frozen items but thats normal for smaller sized stores. Small selection of sluprees. Always a good experience when i go in which is quite often!
Staff know nothing about oil and would not even price check a bottle for me when all I wanted was to see how much it was. The lady wouldn't leave the counter even though the store was empty and there where two people doing nothing but stand at the counter....
A little more courtesy of focussing on the transaction rather than the cell phone would

They have some great signature dishes. Shredded chicken appetizer plate is delicious. Squab is absolutely perfect. Slightly better service than your typical Chinese restaurant. Definitely on the list for my current Chinese restaurant rotation.
The outside is inauspicious (strip mall), and the inside is a bit grim. Definitely not winning any awards for ambiance. But the food is fantastic. Eat here if you want good food and don't care that there are holes in the table cloth.
This restaurant has been here forever. Decades. It's one of these typical old style Cantonese restaurants in Vancouver. The place was renovated recently. But the food is still the same as before (not the best I have had, but reasonable quality and price). This place is slightly nicer (upper scale)...
